HUNTER’S 2017 FORECAST

The future is indeed bright.

This past year saw another season of substantive growth for TONO Group as we completed our spacious new office facility in downtown Lancaster and added numerous professional and technical staff to our growing family. With regularly occurring work in three surrounding states, the collaborative design // construction // development group has expanded its reach and ability to create meaningful places on a broader scale. As the New Year blooms, we eagerly anticipate serving a number of new clients in south-central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Delaware.

In the coming year, we forecast each of the TONO Group business units will achieve new milestones. The newest member of the TONO family, RELO Real Estate Services, closed its first transactions at year’s end and foresees an optimistic and growing series of listings for 2017. Meanwhile, RETRO Development has begun negotiations on two new property acquisitions in the Lancaster area – each of which will set a new standard for urban redevelopment and forward-thinking planning strategies.

The horizon looks especially promising for TONO Architects and PROTO Construction, as both companies brace for additional expansion. Having broken ground in December on its largest commission to date, PROTO is poised to double its revenues for a sixth straight year. The creative and technical team at TONO Architects expects similar results with a wealth of new work including facilities supporting healthcare, hospitality, retail, private residential, multi-family housing, and mixed-use functions.
