ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER - WEST CHESTER - Full Time Job
TONO Architects is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with substantive applicable experience to join our skilled & motivated team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project documentation, team coordination and client management processes in collaboration with architects, consulting engineers, and designers. Your attention to detail and competence in drafting software are crucial in ensuring accurate and precise drawings.

Requirements
• Associates or professional degree in Drafting or Architectural Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in the architectural and construction workplace required.
• High levels of proficiency in Autodesk suite with specific emphasis on Revit modeling and documentation creation.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work schedule accordingly.
• Flexible, innovative, self-motivated, team-oriented.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit standards and techniques.
• Familiarity with interior design concepts and practices.
• Keen understanding of the International Building Codes and accessibility standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and construction documentation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
• Create detailed technical drawings using Autodesk Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, and other data to determine the best approach for creating drawings.
• Existing conditions surveying and documentation knowledge.
• Collaborate with Project Architects to develop digital models and drawing sets complying with industry standards, relevant codes and regulations.
• Work as part of a team to prepare drawings for construction purposes including managing consulting engineering teams for specific building systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
• Read, understand, and decipher plans, specifications, shop drawings, engineering drawings, project schedules and plan redlines proficiently.

TONO Architects is seeking an Architectural Healthcare Planner / Design Professional with substantive applicable specific experience designing hospital, ambulatory care, and outpatient facilities to join our skilled & motivated team. As an Architectural Healthcare Planner, you will be responsible for leading initial conceptual project programming and planning, architectural documentation, team coordination and client management processes in collaboration with our team of architects, consulting engineers, and interior designers. Working knowledge of patient flow, infection control, medical equipment, and other aspects of healthcare operations are required to ensure efficient, safe, and high-performance solutions.

SITE SUPERINTENDENT - Full Time Job
The Site Superintendent oversees all field project activities and transitions projects from completion of the documentation and permitting process through construction completion. This individual is responsible for supervising daily project activities on one or more sites while maintaining quality controls, safety, subcontractors and vendor relationship.
The Site Superintendent must be able to oversee various simultaneous activities and delegate responsibilities to the Site Foremen and other field personnel. Important characteristics include a strong propensity for organizing teams of individuals, maintaining site organization and work flow, communicating with other participants in the process, and holding participants accountable for outcomes.
The Site Superintendent is accountable to the Field Operations Manager and collaborates with the Project Manager.
Specific responsibilities:
- Maintain on-site representation of the company and demonstrate leadership of the construction process
- Lead and record job site progress meetings
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and the supply chain
- Maintain safety protocols and site conditions
- Supervise significant projects
- Delegate subcontractor oversight and coordination to Site Foremen
- Hold regular meetings with field personnel to review project activities and operating procedures
- Visit project sites regularly (daily) to maintain performance, quality standards and schedule
- Schedule and procure rental and company-owned equipment, temporary protections, safety equipment
- Responsible for site equipment, site office, waste management, toilet facilities and other general conditions items
- Prepare punch list and direct project completion activities
- Close-out projects in timely fashion including providing as-built documents to Project Manager
- Occasionally perform layout and other miscellaneous general trades tasks
- Occasionally supervise furnishings, artwork and décor delivery and installation
