Join the Club: Collaborative Vision Results in Modern Clubhouse Design

The process of creating meaningful spaces usually begins with a vison. When Keystone Custom Homes began planning an exclusive clubhouse for its Devon Creek residential development, they targeted an amenities-rich space that would offer year-round value for homeowners in the community. After meeting with TONO Group, they found true collaborative partners who understood the task at hand: go beyond just crafting a building and design a clubhouse that would become the heart of the neighborhood. Through 3D renderings, a dogged determination to overcome constraints, and creative solutions to challenges, the TONO team helped the owners realize their vision in the completion of a beautiful, 4,600-square-foot facility with a farmhouse aesthetic that encompasses an outdoor pool and fireplace, a timber-framed pavilion, and terraced gardens. Interiors by DECO finished the space by procuring and installing furniture, artwork, and all other décor.
