Engaged by the Lennar Corporation, a national community development conglomerate, TONO Group provided turn-key a design including architecture, construction and procurement services to create a central neighborhood resource for Oxford Square near Baltimore, Maryland. Sited within a mixed-use townhome and apartment community, the free-standing structure features upscale fitness and swimming amenities.

OUR APPROACH
This project is sited within a mixed-use townhome and apartment community. The addition of this upscale fitness and swimming facility was to create a central neighborhood resource for the community to connect.
OUTCOME
The free-standing structure features upscale fitness and swimming amenities. Design and completed as a high performance green building, the facility received a LEED for Neighborhoods Certificate from the U.S. Green Building Council and the Howard County Green Building Initiative.
