Grant Schaeffer Joins TONO Group as Architectural Designer
TONO Group, a multidisciplinary family of design and construction companies, welcomes Grant Schaeffer, Associate AIA, who joins the team as architectural designer. Schaeffer brings a robust background in architectural drafting, project documentation, and collaborative design, furthering TONO Group’s commitment to crafting meaningful, integrated spaces.
Schaeffer joins TONO Group with a strong technical foundation in architectural drafting and design visualization, gained through experience with firms in Lancaster and York. Across these experiences, he honed his precision in creating detailed construction documents, developing design solutions, and optimizing drafting workflows to increase project efficiency and accuracy.
In addition to both a Bachelor of Science in Building Science & Sustainable Design and an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, Schaeffer has also completed a Master of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. His multidisciplinary education and professional experience reflect his deep understanding of the intersection between sustainable building practices and modern design technologies.

Outside of work, Schaeffer enjoys photography, woodworking, and image creation, pursuits that complement his architectural talents and eye for design.
