TONO Group Welcomes Ashley Hurst and Ryan Fackler to its Dynamic Team

TONO Group, a multidisciplinary family of design and construction companies, proudly announces the addition of two talented professionals to its growing team. Ashley Hurst recently joined as interior designer, while Ryan M. Fackler assumed the role of jobsite superintendent. Their extensive experience and dedication to excellence will further enhance TONO Group’s commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality contributions to the built environment in the mid-Atlantic region.

Ashley Hurst, Interior Designer

With a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Thomas Jefferson University, Ashley Hurst honed her skills through both internships and professional experiences, including roles at RLPS and One Twenty One Design and Build. At TONO Group, Ashley primarily focuses on healthcare projects, creating environments that promote healing, comfort, and well-being for patients, staff, and visitors. Additionally, Ashley will contribute to residential, church, and education projects, delivering design solutions that align with clients’ visions to create beautiful and functional spaces. Beyond project work, Ashley participates in the Culture and Outreach Committee at TONO Group, where she contributes to fostering a positive workplace culture and giving back to local communities.

Ryan M. Fackler, Jobsite Superintendent

With a degree in Industrial Maintenance Machine and Technology and extensive on-the-job training across various construction disciplines, Ryan Fackler brought a wealth of hands-on experience to TONO Group when he was hired as jobsite superintendent. Since then, Ryan has played a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and organizing materials and labor for job sites. He works closely with contractors to oversee activities and ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Ryan’s dedication to excellence and his ability to coordinate multiple tasks make him a valuable addition to Team TONO. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his fiancée, and their blended family of five children, staying active with after-school activities such as dance, band, and drumline.
